Use a pea-sized amount of meridol toothpaste for thorough cleaning. Dispense the paste onto the pimples and spread it on the tongue with the pimples. Turn the tongue cleaner and gently scrape off the tongue coating with the scraper edge from back to front. Rinse briefly with water.
